Hogwart's Swap Questionnaire

1. What Hogwarts house have you been sorted into?

Ravenclaw

2. List your favorite double-point needle brands, including size and length. Or would you prefer circulars?

Depends on yarn and scarf pattern. I prefer bamboo or other wood needles.

3. Would you like to try a new brand needle? If so, which brand? Size? Length?

I prefer 9" for scarf projects. Usually straight needles.

4. If you are a RAVENCLAW, do you prefer the colors in the film or the book? Do you have a strong preference?

Doesn't matter much, I am leaning towards Blue and Bronze.

5. Do you have any allergies?

Nope.

6. If you are swapping scarves - what is your desired length for the pattern? This will help your partner find the pattern that is just right for you and buy yarn accordingly.

Around 60" in length. I prefer skinnier scarves to really wide ones. I like to do lace-like or cable designs.

Hi fellow Ravenclaw-
I agree with you on the scarves! I end up wrapping them around my neck twice, so the thinner ones work better. :-)
Happy Friday!

Hey there, spoilee! Your list of WIPs makes me feel so much better about my own ... which is only a little shorter than yours!

Isn't it funny how that works. I always feel better when I hear the ladies at the yarn store or knitting group mention ... oh I started another project, but I have so many started already, LOL!!

Hey Angela...I know in my e-mail to you I said I love Alpaca...I just finished a scarf (Branching out) in Alpaca Silk and my neck nearly went crazy with itch. I suspect I may have an allergy to alpaca after all (wails). Just wanted to put that out there.
